Requests to change your event date must be made in writing at least 30 days before the original event date.

Date changes are subject to photo booth availability. If we’re unable to accommodate the requested alternate date, the non-refundable reservation fee will be forfeited and the event will be canceled.

If you cancel your event for any reason, the non-refundable reservation fee is forfeited.

Refunds may be considered in cases of natural disaster or, at the discretion of CapCityBooths, as a courtesy.
