For outdoor events, we require an alternate indoor location at the same venue and during the same scheduled rental time in the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, including:

• Rain or mist
• Strong winds
• Extreme heat
• High humidity
• Other weather conditions that could affect the safe operation of the equipment

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a protective covering and level ground for the photo booth.

If safe operating conditions cannot be provided, we may be unable to operate the photo booth.
